The teaching profession is all about helping others to be their best and supporting them to achieve their best. I believe that it is in helping others that we find the greatest reward and fulfillment. One of the key reasons I became a teacher was to help children become their best person both academically and personally. We are all intertwined and interrelated to one another and the reality of life is that we affect each other in all we do and say.
